By booking with Hobbs Transfers, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
All bookings made via our website, phone, email, or chat are considered an offer to use our services. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of English courts.
2. Bookings
We aim to process all bookings accurately and efficiently. Confirmation details will be shared via email or your provided contact method.
- Customers must ensure all booking details are correct
- Changes should be requested in advance (subject to availability)
- We are not responsible for incorrect details provided during booking
3. Pricing
Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
- Prices may change if booking details are incorrect
- We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors
- Updated pricing will be communicated where applicable
4. Vehicle Selection
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct vehicle based on passenger count and luggage.
If the selected vehicle is not suitable, changes or additional charges may apply.
5. Passenger Conduct
For safety and comfort:
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted
- Alcohol consumption is not allowed
- All passengers must wear seatbelts
We reserve the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behaviour.
6. Waiting Time
- Airport pickups include complimentary waiting time after landing
- Other pickups include a limited free waiting period
- Additional waiting time may be charged
7. Cancellations & Refunds
We offer a flexible cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation is available within the allowed time frame
- Late cancellations may incur charges
- No-shows are non-refundable
Refunds are processed based on the timing and booking conditions.
8. No-Show Policy
A booking is considered a no-show if:
- The passenger does not meet the driver at the agreed time/location
- No contact is made within the waiting period
No-shows are non-refundable.
9. Route & Journey
Drivers will choose the most efficient route based on traffic and road conditions.
If a different route is requested, additional charges may apply.
10. Additional Stops
Extra pickups or drop-offs may result in additional charges depending on distance and time.
11. Luggage & Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their luggage.
Hobbs Transfers is not liable for lost, forgotten, or damaged items during the journey.
12. Liability
While we aim to provide a reliable service:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events
- We are not liable for missed flights or connections
- Liability is limited as permitted by law
13. Children & Minors
Children should be accompanied by an adult unless agreed otherwise.
Child seats can be requested during booking (subject to availability).
14. Pets
Pets must be declared at the time of booking.
They should be safely secured. Guide dogs are permitted.
15. Payments
We accept:
